Race Registration & Packet Pick Up

In-Person Registration:
In-person registration can be done at RunnersWorld Tulsa Thursday, March 12 through Friday, March 13 during store hours.
Race Day Registration:
Race day registration will start at 7:30am Saturday, March 14 until race time. Please make efforts to pick up your packet prior to the morning of the race to avoid large crowds. All runners will receive a medal, and t-shirts are only guaranteed if registered by Feb 9th 2026, after that it depends on what is available.
Race Packet Pick Up:
Race packets can be picked up only at RunnersWorld Tulsa located at 3920 S. Peoria beginning Thursday, March 12 until Friday, March 13. Packet pick up times are from 10:00 am - 7:30 pm on Thursday and 10:00 am – 6:00 pm on Friday.
Awards Ceremony/ Post-Race Festivities
Awards will be given to the top three in each age group to male and female, as well as overall male and female and masters male and female. Overall awards will be based on gun time, while age group awards will be based on chip times. The Tulsa Running Club will award a $100 bonus for a new state open 5K record. Current records are: 13:51 (male) and 15:25 (female).
Awards will be presented during a brief ceremony after the 5K concludes. After the conclusion of the ceremony, awards will be available to pick up for an extended period at the awards table.

Tulsa IrishFest is excited to partner with the Annual St. Patrick’s Day 5K Run this year! They are promoting our run on their social media and with their newsletter, and we are doing the same for them.
Tulsa IrishFest is giving a special 25% coupon to every registered runner in their packet at pickup, and a special free VIP ticket to the top 3 finishers of the 5K. The Festival will run March 13th through 15th at Cabin Boys Brewery (7th & Utica). You can find out more on their website, or on all the social media platforms. They promise to have a cold beer (or your preferred non-alcoholic beverage) waiting for you at the Festival right after the run on Saturday!! Slainte!
NOTE: Bottled water will be available for all runners in the staging areas and a water stops will be placed on the course for your convenience.
NOTE: Porta Johns will be located on the sidewalks along 39th St close to Reasors parking lot.
